Rumors are that actress Katrina Kaif has walked out of Suneel Darshan's next movie 'Barsaat'.

Even though she was under an exclusive contract with Darshan but the minute she was offered David Dhawan's film, which stars Salman Khan, she opted out of the contract with Darshan.

Darshan has no regrets about losing Katrina. "I just respected her decision," he said.

Suneel Darshan has now approached Aishwarya Rai for the role. He adds," Besides Aishwarya, Lara and Kareena are under consideration too. But nothing has been confirmed as such."

If Ash gives a green signal to Darshan's film, then 'Barsaat' will be her second film with Akshay Kumar.

The duo was first seen together in Rajkumar Santoshi's 'Khakee'.
