The actor has been shooting for Rohit Shetty's Golmaal 3 and has been abstaining from booze for the last month and a half. Says Mithunda, "I just do it when I feel like. The last time I gave up alcohol I didn't touch it for three years. Now I don't know how long I may give it up for but I know that I am not missing it at all."
Am hungrier
Mithun, who regularly works out for three hours daily at the gym, says giving up alcohol makes him hungrier. "If I am not having alcohol, I feel very hungry and might have four rotis instead of two. But I have always maintained a strict control over my diet and food. I eat everything from ice creams to parathas but in moderate quantities."
Daily exercise
How long has he been exercising? Mithun says, "I've had a very fit body right from Mrigaya, my first film," and adds jokingly, "In fact, I was the actor who had the original six-pack abs. Those days, there weren't any sophisticated gyms, so we would work out at local akharas with simple equipments but they gave us really great physiques. I haven't missed a single day of working out since, unless I am really ill. The days I don't work out, I feel something is missing and can't sleep properly."
