Prakash Jha's multi-starrer Rajneeti hits theatres today, and had its premiere last night! The premiere was attended by various celebs of the tinsel town, who were very excited to watch the politics cum Mahabharata flick.

Actor Chunky Pandey, Shruti Seth and renowned director Madhur Bhandarkar were amongst some of the celebs who had expressed their excitement on the micro-blogging networking site Twitter. While, Seth commented she has kept her fingers crossed for the movie, Bhandarkar stated that he was sure that Rajneeti would be a great watch.

Now that the movie is out, the media is abuzz with excellent reviews of the flick. If that's not it, celebs who have watched the movie are tweeting for Rajneeti and its cast. Fans have also flooded the home page of stars like Arjun Rampal with their applause.

Ritesh Deshmukh has not watched the movie yet as he is busy with the IIFA currently. However, he has heard excellent reviews of the movie and the brilliant performances of its actors. Film producer Pritish Nandy on the other hand is happy to know that Rajneeti is finally a movie which tells a story!

Most have liked Prakash Jha's modern rendition of Mahabharata in the flick. Seems like, Rajneeti has been able to live up to its promise and hype. For this it definitely deserves to be applauded as many movies nowadays fail to deliver what they promise.
