Why is Zeenat Aman behaving like the reticent Aditya Chopra -- evading photographers and seeking cover from the flashbulbs?

The yesteryear actress was spotted dodging the paparazzi at the premiere of The Karate Kid at a Juhu multiplex. This was strange as the erstwhile Zeenie Baby was not the type to shy away from any situation. When the flashlights went popping on the red carpet, she preferred to shield her face with her hands.

A day earlier at the premiere of Sex And The City 2 at the same venue the actress didn't mind being photographed. On both nights, she was wearing similar black tights only changing her black top to an animal print for Karate Kid.

Explains Zeenat, "I was taken totally unawares. I was at the venue not to attend the premiere of The Karate Kid but for another film. At the booking window, I was told to collect the tickets from the third floor.

I get there only to see a flood of flashbulbs go off. I was surprised. That was my immediate reflex action." She adds, "There is no other reason why I shielded myself."

But where there is a star, the camera follows, so next time we guess Zeenat will be better prepared and face the flashbulbs head on.
