9.40 am: Beetroot, doodhi-aloe vera juice mix. Bowl of porridge cooked in water and tea.
10.15 am: My trainer Sherin's here. Cardio for 25 functional (resistance) training and yoga stretches.
11.30 am: Amla juice shot (religiously do this when at home)
12.45 pm: Quick lunch, chicken curry, cauliflower sabzi, 2 jowar-wheat mix rotis with a bit of ghee.
1 pm: Leave for the office to meetings. (had two green teas)
3 pm: Leave to see the act choreographed by Vaibhavi for Zara Nachke Dikha's finale episode! Complicated but "rocking". Decide to rehearse from tomorrow.
5 pm: Costume discussions with Neeta Lulla.
6 pm: Site visit. New home being done up. Never-ending work. Grrrr!
7.30 pm: Too late for tea. So a cold fresh lime juice with pudina is rejuvenating.
8.15 pm: All dressed and ready to attend a business dinner (where I'll still try and be healthy!). With Raj who is anal about timings! So can't be late. (another role) Bye :)
