If 'Kyun! Ho Gaya Na...' is THE question then I have varied set of answers for various people.

Believe me you can't resist much if someone like Ash (Diya malhotra) asks you, Kyun! Ho Gaya Na.. (pyar)

Poor Arjun (Vivek Oberroi) couldn't and neither will you. The screen goddess looks stunningly beautiful and sweeps you off your feat despite some awkward portrayal in light moments. But Sooner or later, you hopelessly fall in love with her.

If Vivek asks Kyun! Ho Gaya Na.. (set) then my answer is NO. Despite his boyish charm, he just fails to strike the perfect onscreen chemistry with Ash. Sorry Vivek.

The director bring the two together when Diya comes from Coorg to Mumbai, where she ends up staying in Arjun's home with his parents (Om Puri and Rati Agnihotri).

The common bond that joins the love-birds is Mr. Com'on Charlie AKA Raj Chauhan (Amitabh Bachchan), who runs an orphanage, Mr India style.

Diya is hopelessly romantic and eat-lives and breathes Mills and Boon romance. The two have nothing in common but opposite attracts too. The friendship blooms and how Arjun misses his target on marriage and still hits the bull's eye in love is what Kyun! Ho Gaya Na is all about.

After presenting this candyfloss love story Sameer Karnik, the director asks, Kyun! Ho Gaya Na.. (hit) and I say, "Not Exactly Sameer!"

The gags are fine, the humor is polished and even Suniel Shetty's cameo does bring some twist in the tale but it's the shoddy screenplay that finally takes its toll on this Boney Kapoor's extravaganza.

Despite its glittering star cast, brilliant cinematography and melodious music, the film suffers due to it's slow pace.

However, in a nutshell, Big B stands tall among all the directorial fallacies, Ash charms you as usual and Vivek is competent enough to make this slick romantic comedy fare well in the metros.
