Ekta Kapoor has apparently found a look-alike of the '70s actress Mandakini for her film Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai. The film is set in the 1970s and revolves around a dreaded gangster loosely based on Dawood
Ibrahim.
Since Mandakini was rumoured to have been involved with Dawood at one point of time, Ekta decided to cast a look alike in her production for the part.
She and the film's director Milan
Luthria auditioned 1000 girls till they zeroed in on Amy Kingston from Sydney, Austraila. Amy has two scenes and one song in the film. She plays the woman whom Emraan Hashmi's gangster Shoaib cheats on his
girlfriend (Prachi Desai) with.
Meanwhile, Kangna Ranaut, who plays an actress in the film, has reasons to smile. Milan and Ekta got the best and most expensive stylists in the industry to create Kangna's looks.
The stylists have created
12 different looks for her in the film with the help of 12 wigs. And the cost of these wigs is reported to be Rs 20 lakh.
