Plans for the telegu remake of Imtiaz Ali's Love Aaj Kal are in full swing and the actor who will play Rishi Kapoor's role is none other than Paresh Rawal.

Director Jayanth Paranji chose Paresh Rawal because he has already worked with him twice in other movies and is a huge fan of his. Jayanth believes Paresh will do justice to the role.

The role itself would be slightly different. In Love Aaj Kal, Rishi narrated the story of his younger days, but in the Telugu version, Paresh will narrate the story of a friend of his.

Saif's character will be essayed by Pawan Kalyan and Deepika Padukone's by Ileana D'Cruz.
