Wearing a stunning gold colour net lehanga and sparkling kundan jewellery, Deepika sashayed down the ramp for jewellery designer Farah Khan's India inspired collection, for which she was the show stopper.
The audience included many B-town faces including Raveena Tandon, Dia Mirza, Malaika Arora Khan, Amrita Arora, Tusshar Kapoor, Zayed Khan and Suzanne Khan, among others. Siddharth was part of the brigade too and enthusiastically cheered for Deepika when she hit the ramp.
When asked about Siddharth's presence and the reason for his cheering for her, Deepika diplomatically answered: "There were many others in the audience cheering for me too, so why should I tell about just one person."
The actress also stressed on the fact that she is single and asserted that she has no plans to get hitched anytime soon.
"I'm single and I really don't know when I will get married. You don't plan these things. They just happen to you. As it is, I've been in the industry since just two years. I'm quite new, I want to concentrate on my work first," she said.
However, her closeness with junior Mallya says a different story. According to a source, the two left the venue together.
Siddharth and Deepika were seen together at Salman Khan's siblings Arpita and Arbaaz Khan's combined birthday bash and also at the special screening of Aamir Khan's production venture "Peepli Live".
