Last time during the shooting of STAR Parivaar Awards 2010 Sara Khan had badly fractured her right elbow and it seems that she has become accident-prone ever since. She recently had to undergo operation for her cyst in her stomach at the Lilavati hospital.

Sara confirmed about her cyst operation which was there in the stomach. She thus underwent an excruciating amount of pain and had to go for an operation. It was very aching as she had to have six stitches but luckily went smooth.

Her diet's okay however spicy food is a no since she's taking antibiotics as well. Ali had been very helpful but was busy with shooting and thus her foster brother Ayush Aggrawal as played by Mohit of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata fame has been taking full care of her. She proclaims him to be like her own brother.

Ayush says that he loves taking care of her 'sister' and is always one step ahead to help her anyway. He has been taking care of her love through her needy times and has acted like a true brother would. We on behalf of all Sara Khan fans, wish her a quick and speedy recovery. We miss Sara already!
