Sajid Nadiadwala's Anjaana Anjaani –the highly anticipated romantic entertainer directed by Siddharth Anand brings together Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoor on the silver screen for the very first time however another star of the film that gets away with quite a lot of attention is a vintage car called the Blush.

The classic Cadillac that took the pair on their road trip from San Francisco to Las Vegas had a lot of research go into it's character and selection since director Siddharth was adamant that the 'casting' of the car was as important as the casting of his lead pair.

The vehicle that was selected after going through a hundred options was further worked upon by Sharmishta Roy who modified the Blush to suit Priyanka 's character in the film and Priyanka was more than happy sharing the limelight.

Says Priyanka "Blush was my home away from home! Ranbir and I spent so much time in this car while making the movie, it almost became part of the family"

To come to think of it having the Blush as part of the film was a close call since the owner refused to part with it-but what producer Sajid Nadiadwala wants he gets !

Says a source " Sajid had to purchase the Blush since the owner refused to have it on the road for those months. Since the Blush isn't just a mere car in the film and an integral character Sajid is also having it brought down during the release week"
