The second season of television serial "Kitani Mohabbat Hai" will hit the small screen soon and actress Kritika Kamra, who played the female lead in the original, says her character this time will resemble her real self.

"The character that I am playing this time is so real, unlike the character that I played in the last season. It was a complete opposite of what I am in real life. But now it has become easier for me to connect with my character, " Kritika told on phone from Mumbai.

"The audience is yet to see the bubbly, chirpy, naughty Kritika which I am in my real life. The approach of the show is completely new because the show is not a sequel to the first season. It is an extension with a totally different script, cast and crew. Only the lead couple faces are the same."

She will shed the typical salwar-kameez look in the new series.

"I will be seen experimenting with my looks in the show this time. Earlier, I was wearing the same style of salwar-kameez all through, but now I will sport more variety. I will wear Indo-western attire or casual clothes. I won't bug my audience with boring clothes, " she said.

The actress, who has been romantically linked with her co-star Karan Kundra, denies being in a relationship with him.

"We are always told and reminded by others that we are in a relationship. But the reality is that we are not. We share a good understanding and have no ego issues. We like working with each other and that is why we have been seen on screen together so much of late."

Kritika says on-screen couples sometimes fear their audiences might get bored of seeing them together all the time.

"We have been seen so much around that we sometimes fear that our audience might get bored of us. Since 'Kitani Mohabbat Hai' we have been spotted together, even the last show 'Zara Nach ke Dikha' that we did was together, " she said with a laugh.
