Bigg Boss house has turned the boiling pot with constant conflicts and abuses soon after the entry of television actress Dolly Bindra. Ashmit has been elected as the new captain of the house after the successful completion of Manoj Tiwari's tenure as the house captain.

However, the housemates seem to have turned non-cooperative with their captain Ashmit Patel. In the last episode, Sara was shown evicted from the house but no one from the house realized the trick played on them by Bigg Boss. Sara was not actually evicted because voting lines were closed for the week. She was kept in a secret room inside the Bigg Boss house from where she can keep an eye on all of the housemates.

Ashmit is frustrated with almost everyone as he feels no one is obeying his orders as the house captain. Hrishant adds fuel to this feeling when he says that Sara has actually played a shrewd game with him and other housemates like Veena and Shweta who are also just trying to be sweet in front of him.

The new frustrated captain bursts out in tears with this non-cooperation from the housemates. He feels that they are doing it intentionally to get him punished by Bigg Boss.

Sara and Veena tries to be good with Ashmit but this irritates him more and he asks them not to show fake sympathy with him. His indifference and rude behavior also hurts Sara, who thinks he is not doing the right thing. Finally when Sara was shown going out of the house, Ashmit was not looking very sad as he has developed ill feelings for her thanks to the doses of Hrishant.

An intelligent player Hrishant tries to be very friendly with Ashmit and sympathizes with him. He advises Ashmit to resign from captaincy so that he gets rid of all these problems. He was seen constantly prompting Ashmit to do so but the last decision will definitely be his own. So, will he go by Hrishant's idea or will he take up the challenge and continue to be the captain?
