The Sanjay Leela Bhansali production Guzaarish is supposed to be one of the biggest releases this year but the film has hit
headlines for more than one wrong reason in the recent past.
For starters, the media could not help talking
about the intimate scenes of the lead actors Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan in the film and how those scenes
irked a certain Abhishek Bachchan.
That over, the accusation now is that director Sanjay Leela Bhansali has
stolen the screenplay of Guzaarish from a yet unreleased novel by author Dayanand Raajan.
And while the
director has refuted all such claims, it is being said that Guzaarish is a remake of the Spanish film 'The Sea Inside'.
Defending his director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and speaking out against all allegations made against his soon-to-release
Guzaarish is lead actor Hrithik Roshan.
In a statement to the media, Hrithik Roshan says that the plagiarism
accusation made against the film is simply a rumor and that there is no truth to it.
Hrithik plays a paraplegic
magician in the upcoming November release. The actor says that since he will be seen sitting on a wheelchair during the
course of the film, people were inclined to draw a comparison with other such characters seen in earlier films.
Though the allegations are doing well for the promotion work of Guzaarish, Hrithik Roshan maintains that the Sanjay Leela
Bhansali screenplay is an original piece of work.
