"The media has been trying to get me married for a lot of years. But it will happen when it has to happen. The question is 'Kya raja ki aayegi baraat?' I say 'aayegi, aayegi', " Rani, who started her Bollywood career with "Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat" in 1997, said at a press conference here.
Dressed in a long, black dress with an orange stole, the actress was at her wittiest best at the launch of the first look of her forthcoming film "No One Killed Jessica", based on model Jessica Lall's murder case.
Also present were actress Vidya Balan, UTV CEO Ronnie Screwvala, director Rajkumar Gupta and Jessica's sister Sabrina Lall.
Rani even tried to pull a fast one on Vidya Balan, and asked her when she would be getting married.
"I have no raja. I don't know when I'll get married. First you (Rani) get married, then I will do so after you, " quipped Vidya, who wore a mouse-coloured shirt-dress.
"No One Killed Jessica", which attempts to showcase the aftermath of the Jessica Lall murder case, will release Jan 7.
