Actresses like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Sonam Kapoor to name just a few have had this problem of the flab looking a tad too good at times and making them look a little out of place sometimes.

Aishwarya who entered the industry with her demure yet sexy look has over the years put on a considerable amount of weight and yet has the panache of looking as beautiful as ever.

Kareena who forayed into films with her baggage of flab, lost kilos thereafter and went on to attain a size zero, only to get back into her normal shape after she kind of got bored with the pencil thin look!

Katrina who till recently had been on the flabby side, of course her bulges were in the right places giving her a sexy look, has lost a lot of weight for her role in her forth coming flick, Tees Maar Khan.

Sonam who was extremely overweight with an almost 80 plus on the weighing scale, lost almost one forth of her weight before stepping into the realms of tinsel town. She still maintains her slim look.

However what is amazing is that these actresses have managed to set the trends with the right figure and right attitude aplomb.

Every girl who wanted the pencil thin look is now quite happy to be slightly on the heavier side, which of course is a healthy sign. If top stars can look cool with a little flab, why can't ordinary folks follow suit? Well let's hope this attitude remains forever!
