The character in the film played by Imran has a very conservative take on the issue of love and relationship with his girlfriend. He believes in the conventional idea of love that if one is in a relationship then the idea should be to spend every moment with the loved one together. Imran Khan as the smitten in love guy is truly very convincing.
So, does that mean that this star of the young and happening generation will be tagged as a star of romantic genre of films? Well seems like it. Going by the films that he's done so far, right from his debut film 'Jane Tu Ya Jaane Na', where he was the epitome of romance to I hate Love story's to the just released 'Break Ke Baad'.
However according to media reports, Imran Khan insists that he does not want to typecast in any particular category and wants his horizons as an actor to expand to newer boundaries so as to make himself more and more versatile in his acting abilities.
He says that he is all set to take on challenging roles from now on in his path to project his prowess as a versatile actor. He has also tried showcase his talent in some other genres of films like Luck, Kidnap and the yet to release Delhi Belly.
However his forth coming flicks like 'Mere Brother Ki Dulhan' and another one under the KJO banner will see him again in a romantic avatar. But then the idea of being in the top league of stars is basically to be seen in top banner films, isn't it Imran?
