Shailendra Singh, Joint Managing Director, Percept Ltd confirmed that film stars' names that included Arjun Pampal, Raveena Tondon, Neha Dhupia and Anil Kapoor.
About 18, 000 party lovers would be attending the festival.
Boxing champion Vijendra Singh and cricketer Yuvraj Singh will also attend the electronic music event.
Shah Rukh Khan's arrival is however still under veil with organizers not confirming his presence for the festival.
"SRK is in Goa but I don't know whether he is coming... If he wishes to join us for the party, we are ready to invite him, " he said.
SRK along with his wife Gauri Khan and children made their head way to Goa, last week and are expected to let their hair down at the Sunburn festival with their friends.
The organizers claimed that the festival running in its fourth year will be under strict security vigil.
The event will sport 32 CCTV cameras, two level manned securities, sniffer dogs, narcotics patrol officers, an emergency medical team equipped with a mini clinic, an onsite medical team, several medical consultants, 6 emergency exits and 4 watch towers.
Disaster Management Team is also put in place in case of emergencies. The festival hit controversy last year when Bagalore-based Meha Bahuguna died due to suspected drug-overdose at the festival venue.
"We have adopted zero tolerance towards drugs policy and whoever found doing drugs will be handed over to the police. We will also ban their entry at the festival venue, " Singh said.
The venue has a VIP lounge set up for its 1, 500 guests and ‘percept lounge' for senior citizens. The festival will have 60 DJs including Nikhil Chinnappa playing electronic music.
"The festival will be uploaded online through live streaming on MTV and VH1 channels websites, which will be viewed across 80 countries, " Singh said.
Chinnappa, also the festival director, said that the festival is based on theme ‘Castle'.
