Akshay Kumar made Twinkle's 36th birthday a big affair, invited friends from all over the world

Akshay Kumar brought in wife Twinkle's 36th birthday (December 29) by throwing a beach party for her at their bungalow on Anjuna beach in Goa.

Says a source close to Khiladi Kumar, "Akshay always makes Twinkle's birthdays very special and plans them down to the minutest details.

This year was no exception even though he was busy with the release of his film Tees Maar Khan last week. He has called about 30 of his and Twinkle's close friends from all over the world.

Their son Aarav, Tina's mother Dimple and sister Rinke are also there sharing in the festivities."

The source adds, "The couple had a double cause to celebrate as TMK has taken the third highest opening this year. It's a huge get together after many years and all of them even plan to ring in the New Year's in Goa.

Last year, Akki flew in Tina's best friends from the US followed by a week of partying.

This year the crowd just got bigger. Kumar also invited Tina's sister Rinke and her husband and all their children at the bungalow as well as his buddies Sajid Nadiadwala and his family and Sajid Khan.

Twinkle's birthday on the beach last night. Akshay had the entire stretch of beach on his bungalow decorated with candles, lamps and flowers."

A couple of years ago, Akshay had gifted his biwi a Bentley on her birthday while last year he had gifted her a whopper emerald ring studded with diamonds. This year it's expected to be a huge 'sparkling' surprise again.
