Tusshar Kapoor was in for a pleasant surprise when Rajiv Panwar, a 20-something fan dropped into his office to present him a sketch.
Panwar is associated with an orphanage and was a winner of a Twitter contest run by the actor during the release of Golmaal 3.
During the meet-and-greet, Rajiv gifted Tusshar a sketch he had made of the actor. Talking about meeting his most devoted fan, Kapoor says, "He had been wanting to meet me for a very long time.
He loves my character from the Golmaal series and has watched the film many times. I called him to my office where we had a brief meeting."
However, little did Tusshar know that he would get a sketch of himself. "I think it was really sweet of him to spend time and do the sketch.
It's always heart warming to get feedback from the fans about what they thought of my work. I make it a point to keep in touch with them and interact on a daily basis."
Apart from the sketch, Rajiv also gifted the actor a Ganesh statue.
"I have been gifted quite a few idols from my fans and have a collection of them. Of all my roles, Golmaal has been the film that has touched the hearts of my fans."
