Sikandar Kher has been nominated at the Screen Awards in the Best Supporting Actor category for Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey.

He tweets, "Feel proud to be alongside some giants like Nana Patekar, Arshad Warsi, Raghuvir Yadav! Very fine actors, all of them." Attaboy. Keep that humility intact.

Meanwhile

Karan Johar's My Name Is Khan does not feature in the Best Film category. And his name doesn't feature in the Best Director. If this is not screaming prejudice, then what is? Especially when Band Baaja Baaraat finds a place on the list.

MNIK is the first Indian film to find a global release, besides being one of the biggest grossers of the year and it's a shame that the jury didn't find it worthy of even being nominated! And stranger still " Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol -- the best screen jodi ever is not in the Best Jodi category.

Also missing...Dabangg -- the biggest hit of the year -- from the Best Film nominations.
