Director Karan Johar is back with his next film Student Of The Year.

After wowing the Indian and international audience with his Shah Rukh Khan – Kajol starrer My Name Is Khan, Karan Johar has shifted attention to a youth centric project that is being made with newcomers in Bollywood.

The first look of Student Of The Year was showcased by the director himself on the social networking site Twitter. The poster introduces the three lead stars of the upcoming Bollywood film; they are Siddharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan.

And if the names still did not ring a bell in your minds, Siddharth Malhotra has been assistant director to Karan Johar in several films in the past, Alia Bhatt is the daughter of Bollywood director Mahesh Bhatt and Varun Dhawan is the son of comedy master David Dhawan.

It is indeed strange that the star children of two of Bollywood's popular directors decided to debut in a platform that is not their fathers'! Though the promos of the upcoming Karan Johar directorial venture is still not out on television, the posters released on Twitter have aroused the interest of many a Karan Johar fan.

The best part is probably the fact that buddy Shah Rukh Khan is involved in the production team of Student Of The Year. SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment is producing the film along with Dharma Productions.
