Producer-director John Matthew Mathan is receiving countless offers from corporate giants for his ongoing Ajay-Shahid-Amrita-Bipasha starrer.

"I have had discussions with some of them and I'll take a decision on it soon," Mathan told Bollywood Trade.

The director is also pleased about Shahid Kapur's statement that working with Mathan was a great experience.

"I am glad he is taking a keen interest in the film and considers it a priority. I hope it works for him," said Mathan.

Mathan, who shot to fame with "Sarfarosh", is planning the second schedule of the film in January. "That's because the film has a time lapse and we want to shoot those portions only in the winter," Mathan clarified.
