After exchanging vows with Avantika Malik on an island near Bangkok and subsequently marrying her ceremonially in Mumbai, the couple was expected to go off on a three-day trip to Hawaii or another tropical island.

That possibility has now died out. "IK's very busy with two films, Karan Johar's Short Term Shaadi and Yash Raj's Mere Brother Ki Dulhan.

He knew the schedule would be extremely tight, but there was always a possibility of squeezing out a couple of days. Especially when his co-star Kareena planned to take a few days off.

But it didn't work out as he had planned. Now he won't be free till June, so the honeymoon is on hold."

Understandably, Avantika wasn't quite pleased but Imran has now promised to make it up to her by taking short trips around Mumbai whenever possible.

Neelam-Sameer's no-go!

Like Imran, Sameer Soni and Neelam too haven't had a chance to go on a honeymoon. However, after tying the knot, they travelled to Shirdi for blessings.

When asked if they are planning a honeymoon, a close friend revealed, "Sameer has a couple of projects to take care of. Nothing is planned as of now. But they are thinking of going out of the country in the end of March."
