Sanjay and Maanayata Dutt were to celebrate anniversary in Bangkok with babies

Sanjay and Maanayata Dutt were to celebrate their third wedding anniversary (February 11) in Bangkok along with their babies, Shahraan and Iqra. Lekin yeh ho na saka....

A source close to the couple reveals, "Sanju is shooting in Bangkok, Thailand for his home production Rascals along with co-stars Arjun Rampal, Ajay Devgn and Kangna Ranaut.

Maana was supposed to fly down with the babies on February 10 and join her man, who was hosting a party on their anniversary night along with close friends.

Both babies had to take vaccinations before travelling and Iqra developed vaccine fever. All the plans went for a toss when their beti Iqra became unwell."

Though Dutt continued shooting, he was so disturbed that on the sets he would withdraw into a corner and keep getting updates from Maana on Iqra's health.

"Finally, on Wednesday afternoon, he decided to ask director David Dhawan if he could fly down for a day to Mumbai to check on Iqra and spend his anniversary with Maana.

David had combination shots of Ajay, Arjun, Kangna and Satish Kaushik, so it was a difficult decision but seeing Dutt's turmoil and restlessness, the director finally squeezed out a day for him and kept scenes with Kangna, Arjun and Ajay."

Sanju flew in to Mumbai on Thursday night, spent his anniversary with Maana and the babies and flew back to Bangkok on Friday night - but only after Iqra's health had improved.

"He's a devoted father and calls Iqra his 'little princess'. Sanju has been missing his family badly in Bangkok.

The Rascals schedule is on till end of February and Sanju and Maana are hoping that they can be with each other with the babies in Bangkok before the schedule ends."
