With his film front not happening, Govinda doesn't mind doing small screen appearances. The actor called Star Plus saying that he would like to be a captain on Comedy Ka Maha Muqabala!

But Chi Chi's request came too late as the channel had already finalised Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, Raveena Tandon and Shekhar Suman as the captains for the show that goes on air from March 19. Better luck next time, Chi Chi.

The fate of the Govinda-starrer Naughty@ Forty is in jeopardy with a court battle looming ahead. Co-producers Anuj Sharma and Sandiip Kapoor are at loggerheads.

Sandiip has filed for a stay order over monetary issues against the film's release. Perhaps the comic caper should now be called Battle@40!
