As a fast bowler you need to keep your legs strong, so walking, leg presses, bench presses, lunges and pull-ups are essential
6 am (what I'm most likely to be doing at the time)
Sleeping! I don't want to wake up at 6 am in the morning; I love to sleep a lot
7 days a week (I can't live without!)
Upper body exercises like biceps, shoulder and back. But I am a fast bowler and can have bulging biceps, so I focus more on the latter two
8 and 8 (my favourite guilty indulgence)

I like to hangout with my friends, watch a movie or chill out with them. I am not a party animal

I meditate for twenty minutes
