Buddies Tusshar Kapoor and Nikhil Dwivedi had a disagreement over a poster of their next project, Shor In The City.
The film's first poster features Tusshar, Sendhil Ramamurthy and B-Town newcomer Pitobash but not Nikhil. It is being launched today.
Says a source, "When Nikhil realised that he was missing from the poster, he was livid. He called up the production house and told them he was a bigger star than Tusshar and Sendhil as he had acted in Raavan.
When he was told that his omission wasn't deliberate but a creative decision, he got agitated. He felt Tusshar was getting more mileage because he was producer Ekta Kapoor's brother."
Initially, TK wanted to confront Nikhil but was cautioned not to as they would have to make public appearances together for the promotions.
Says Tusshar, "I am aware of Nikhil being upset. He's a friend and I even attended his wedding. I'm sure Balaji has done what needed to be done in the interest of the film."
Nikhil remained unavailable for comment.
