Whenever Karan has an early morning shoot, he wears his track suit and sets out for a jog around the sets of the Zee TV show "Yahaan Main..." in the clean and green Film City.
"We actors have to constantly watch what we eat and have to stay fit. With our hectic schedules and continuous shooting, it becomes very difficult to manage our health, " said Karan.
A source from the sets says Karan follows a strict diet.
"He eats organic food, has plenty of leafy vegetables and fruits and ensures his daily water intake is more than three litres. He also plans to get a yoga trainer on the sets and learn power yoga. He is also keen to learn kickboxing as it will not only help build up physical strength but also improve mental stamina, " said the source.
