In keeping with Shah Rukh Khan's tremendous popularity overseas, distributors of Ashutosh Gowariker's "Swades" are planning to release the film with a record 275 prints over the world.

This is even more than Shah Rukh's "Veer-Zaara", which was released with about 250 prints, reports Bollywood Trade.

"We are looking at a very big overseas release for the film, particularly in US and Britain where Shah Rukh starrers are known to draw an extraordinary response. In addition, we are planning to release the film in 10 international languages, French, German and Polish," says Ashok Holla, head of overseas distribution, UTV Pictures.

The fact that "Swades" is Ashutosh Gowariker's next film after the much-lauded "Lagaan" has heightened expectations.
