Ranbir Kapoor gets extra cautious as he does his first item number for Chillar Party

Ranbir Kapoor, the latest item boy in Bollywood is a bundle of nerves. The actor just shot his first item song for kiddie film Chillar Party, produced by Spotboy and co-directed by Nitesh Tiwari and Vikas Bahl.

A source says, "Ranbir is very cautious as this is his first item number. He is extra involved and is closely supervising it, as he wants to make sure that it comes out well.

So much so that he has specially requested his directors to let him sit in the editing sessions. He wants to see the final song once it's ready."

Also, in the item song he dons the look of father Rishi Kapoor's legendary character Akbar from the superhit film Amar Akbar Anthony.

It is actually Ranbir's tribute to RK Sr., and he surely wants to get everything perfect. However, when contacted Vikas Bahl denies it saying, "The edit is over and Ranbir hasn't seen the song yet."
