"Sarhad Paar", which was held up due to intermittent problems between Sanjay Dutt and the producers, is likely to be released soon with the actor agreeing to complete the dubbing of the film, reports Bollywood Trade.

The film was ambitiously launched at a time when a war between India and Pakistan seemed inevitable. But now the change in relations between the two countries has led director Raman Kumar to review certain anti-Pakistani portions in the film.

"Some changes had to be made in keeping with the new situation. For instance, earlier the film portrayed terrorists as operating from Pakistan. But that has now changed," said Raman Kumar.

"We also introduced a Pakistani actor, Fakre-E-Alam, in the film. Anyway it was always meant to be a film against terrorism and not against Pakistan."

Incidentally, the forthcoming "Ab Tumhare..." also portrays the terrorists at work in the backdrop of changing India-Pakistan relations.
