Fit Tusshar Kapoor peeved that his sis Ekta wanted him to pile on 10 kilos for Dirty Picture

After squabbling on national television (on Koffee With Karan over Shor actress Radhika Apte), siblings Ekta and Tusshar Kapoor have now got into a spat over the latter gaining 10 kilos for his role in Dirty Picture.

This hasn't gone down too well with TK, who has been working on his body for over a year now. Says a source from Balaji, "Last week, when he went for the costume trial of the Vidya Balan-starrer, Tusshar was in for a shock.

The film's costume designer told him that for his role as a south Indian writer from the 1980s, he had to put on a lot of weight. An upset TK took the matter up with his sister."

Ekta told him that he would have to get flabby for the character. "She said that he was 'too fit' for the role. Tusshar was equally adamant about not gaining the extra kilos. Their argument went on and on, " adds the source.

Tusshar plays it safe, "I will do as my director says. It's just that I was shocked when asked to put on so much weight! I have worked hard to get a good body.

It would take me months to lose the kilos I'd have to put on." He admits, "My sister and I have creative differences sometimes, but then these things happen. Luckily, Niharika stepped in and it worked out for me."

"Khan told Tusshar to put on a little weight and that she would give him very loose costumes so that he 'looked' fat.

She added that the wig and moustache would achieve the rest of the effect, " adds the source. Ekta Kapoor remained unavailable for comment.
