While the monsoon has just about reared its ominous head its cute to see the glitterati get just as excited about the first Mumbai showers.

While much of the glitterati are off "to summer" in various glam destinations around the globe, we can still keep track of their shenanigans on Twitter! Maria Goretti tweeted, "It's raining in Bombay... I want to be on my terrace dancing...My plants must be all sparkly and happy and Taz must be going insane skidding!"

Ayesha Takia Azmi: "Everyone looks soo excited, walking in the rain, no umbrellas...nice to see people so happy!?"

Vivek Oberoi: "First rains...super romantic!!! Rushing home to share it with wifey :)"

Sharmilla Khanna: "Luvvvvvvv the rains"

Shantanu & Nikhil: "Wow, the rain in Mumbai is fantastic, euphoric actually...People are just toooo nice...Love Mumbai"

Oh and Kunal Kohli's getting pretty filmi these days, just yesterday he tweeted "When it rains...saanson ko saanson mein dhalne do Zara, dhimi si dhadkan ko badhne do Zara...Hawa kuch haule haule, zubaan se kya kuch bole."

Riteish Deshmukh equally so... "Driving to shoot some gags for IIFA awards " song stuck in my head - Pal bhar naa maane tinku jiya- issak ka manjan ghise hai piya "hahahahah"

Rahul Bose is in Bangalore now after walking the ramp for a charity gig. Oooh and Milind Soman joined the Twitter bandwagon recently documenting his Greenathon " The green run for the environment as @milindrunning.

His tweet was, "Stopped on the highway near Talasari and ate mangoes, the whole team fell on them like we had never seen mangoes before :) !!" P.S. If you're aching for a little celebrity spotting, the two places I hear you'll find them these days are Indigo Cafe in Lokhandwala and The spanking new Hakkasan in Bandra!
