After playing a negative character in Aitraaz, Priyanka Chopra is getting very conscious about her screen image. The actress is now trying to keep away from such roles.

She wants people to have a more positive image of her. That's the reason why she's signed Rakesh Roshan's sequel to Koi Mil Gaya. The actress was offered another negative role by Subhash Ghai in a film to be directed by Satish Kaushik.

Priyanka had given a hit with Ghai, but she asked Kaushik to change her role and make it a positive character. Both the director and the producer agreed to make the changes she demanded.

People think that it's necessary for Priyanka to bring about that change because till now she has been seen as the other woman or in a negative role. She is yet to be accepted as the leading actress, which will hopefully change with Rakesh Roshan's film. But, Satish Kaushik, denies that Priyanka had asked him to alter the script.
