Southern beauty Asin Thottumkal, who has shared screen space with Bollywood star Salman Khan in two films, says that the actor encourages new talent a lot.

"Salman is quite encouraging of new talent. I saw a lot of these young boys come up to him with their portfolios for a break and he really encourages them.... takes them under his wings and does whatever he can to help them. I found that very nice and endearing, " Asin told.

The 25-year-old actress has worked with Salman in the films "London Dreams" and "Ready".
