Sanjeeda Sheikh has become a house hold name after her comedy t.v. serial "Hi! Padosi... Kaun Hai Doshi?" on Sahara ONE has garnered unprecedented popularity. This daily serial which comes Monday to Friday at 7.30 P.M has Sanjeeda Sheikh in the character of Sejal.

Her previous serials Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka, Kyamat, Jaane Pehchane Se Ajnabi were also very popular and she is happy that her "Hi! Padosi... Kaun Hai Doshi?"is getting better TRP every day. Excerpts from the interview taken at the location of Maximum Entertainment Pvt.Ltd's daily comedy Serial "Hi! Padosi... Kaun Hai Doshi?".

Q. What is role in the "Hi! Padosi... Kaun Hai Doshi?"?
I am playing Sejal in this romantic comedy. Every episode has new problems to which viewers relates very easily. And this is the reason that its popularity is increasing even after 100 episodes.

Q. Who are the producer and director? How is working with them?
I am lucky to always have good directors and producers. I have worked with Ekta Kapoor and Cine Vista and here I am working with producer Ankur Joshi & Kamlesh Bhanushali and director Rajesh Gupta & Amitabh Sinha. I had never any problem with my producers or directors. I am professional and maintain good rapport with all my producers, directors and co artists.

Q."Hi! Padosi... Kaun Hai Doshi?"is comedy. How was working in a genre which is generally considered very difficult?
I have worked in Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka earlier which was also a comedy. I am absolutely at ease working in a comedy. I think if you understand you role, comedy won't create any tragedy for you.

Q. Does your affair with Aamir Ali affect your career?
Everybody knows about our affair. It has not harmed my career in any way; on the contrary, it has helped me a lot in my career.

Q. A new trend of screen couples tying knots in real life is seen nowadays? What's your take on it?
There is no wrong in this. It's natural if a single boy and a girl are mingling 24×7. I wish them good luck.

Q. What are positives and negatives of Aamir Ali?
He is good boy friend. He is mature and very understanding. He loves cleanliness. And I am just opposite. About his negative I would better talk to him only.

Q. What are your future plans?
I don't plan but I want to work in the Industry for at least 40 years.
