So far Garam Dharam has hardly made any public appearances with Hema Malini and his daughters.
But now for the release of his daughter's ambitious comeback film Tell Me Oh Kkhuda he will be joining his wife Hema and daughter Esha for promotional activities and publicity tours all over the country.
Says a source, "All this while Dharamji has been very low-profile about his second family.
But now when his daughter's career is at stake he has not only broken the self-imposed rule of no films with his daughter but he has also decided to be there physically with her to promote TMOK."
In fact, the release date has been pushed forward to accommodate the veteran actor's schedules in the promotion.
When contacted Hema confirms, "Yes, he will be with us for the promotion of the film. And why not? This is his daughter's film. He adores Esha and Ahana and would do anything for them."
However, she denies that the release has been pushed forward to accommodate Dharmendra's schedule. She says, "We've been advised to postpone the release in July because there are too many big releases. Then Ramzan begins and (we) don't want to lose out on the Muslim audience."
The original Dream Girl has also decided to shoot a promotional video for the film with Esha. "We've the song ready and we just need to shoot it. Now that the release is a little way off, why not?" Hema says.
