"Hum toh yahi chahte hain ki Soniaji jald hee swasth ho jaayein. Humaari duayein aur shubhkamnayein unke saath hain (We would like Soniaji to recover as soon as possible. Our prayers and good wishes are with her)," said the 68-year-old at a press conference here.
The actor, along with director Prakash Jha, screenplay writer Anjum Rajabali, actors Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Manoj Bajpayee and Prateik Babbar, was in the capital to promote "Aarakshan".
The film is on caste-based reservations in the Indian education system, and its repercussions in the society. It releases Aug 12.
