She disappeared from the big screen five years ago, immersing herself completely in the joys of motherhood. Now Karisma Kapoor is excited about facing the camera again for "Dangerous Ishq" but cringes at the very mention of the word comeback.

"Pardon me, there's no comeback...What is the meaning of comeback? Do you have kids?" Karisma asked this correspondent.

"If you had kids, and joined back journalism after having your baby, would you call it a comeback? No, right? Similarly for an actress...I'd just like to say that we are just like any other woman out there.

"We are as ordinary, as normal as everyone. We can go on a maternity leave, take a sabbatical, and come back to work. There is no comeback! This term should be abolished!" she added.

At 37, the glow on Karisma's face takes one back to the 1990s when she charmed the audience with her beauty in films like "Dil To Pagal Hai", "Raja Hindustani", "Hero No.1" and "Biwi No.1".

Ask her about it and, like a true face of skin care cream Olay, she replied: "I think it's Olay!"

But upon prodding, she said: "Well, I think it's eating a lot of almonds - it's been a very family thing, and, yes, I also do yoga."

Granddaughter of legendary star Raj Kapoor, daughter of actors Randhir Kapoor and Babita, and the elder sister of Bollywood beauty Kareena, Karisma's last full-fledged Bollywood film was "Mere Jeevan Saathi" in 2006.

In 2003, she married businessman Sanjay Kapur and gave birth to their first child, daughter Samaira, two years later. Her second child is a boy, Kiaan Raj Kapoor, born in March 2010. Karisma took time off from Bollywood for the sake of her children, and now she is set to scorch the screen once again.

She will be seen opposite model-turned-actor Rajneish Duggal in Vikram Bhatt's "Dangerous Ishq", in which she is known to be playing five different roles, in five different lifetimes.

"I can't talk much about the movie as it is in production stage. But obviously there was something in it that made me want to do it. It is something that I have not done till today. Touchwood, by the grace of god I have been able to do a variety of roles...So this was something of the next level.

"The film deals with something that intrigues people today and people are aware of it - it is something to do with past life regression...so it will be mystical and different for viewers to watch, " she said.

The fit and fab lady also says she is glad to see the new crop of actresses be so fitness conscious.

"I would like to say that this whole fitness thing started in the film industry from me...from 'Dil To Pagal Hai' because it had that sporty, fit, very Shiamak Davar look. The transition came from there, and I am happy that my sister Kareena took it to another level, " said Karisma.

If grapevine is to be believed, Karisma will also reprise veteran actor Hema Malini's role in the remake of the 1982 film "Satte Pe Satta", and she would also perform an item number in Sajid Khan's "Housefull 2".

When asked to confirm, she said: "I can't comment."
