The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has given its nod to cricketer-turned-MP Navjot Singh Sidhu to participate in popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss'.

The cricketer confirmed the news to a leading newspaper and admitted that he was extremely excited about his new stint on TV.

Sidhu, who has appeared in several comedy shows as a judge felt that the ‘Bigg Boss' house was full of negativity and he would try to bring in a positive approach in the house.

The cricketer also added that the viewers would get to see a different side of Sidhu in the show.
