Barely two months after giving birth to her fourth child, Victoria Beckham stepped out in her size zero figure and towering high heels.

The 37-year-old fashion designer went shopping with soccer-star husband David Beckham, who cradled their baby daughter Harper Seven.

For one of her first photographed outings post-baby, Victoria looked stunning in tight leather pants, a black tank top, signature shades and towering, red-soled Louboutin heels.

According to an insider close to the star, the fashionista is already back to a UK size 4 which is also called as the US size 0. The former Spice Girl has also evidently recovered from a painful slipped disk that put her somewhat out of commission in late August.

"I'm feeling much better and enjoying every precious minute with baby Harper. I'm so in love, " she tweeted. Born July 10, Harper Seven is the fourth child and the first daughter for Victoria and David, who have sons Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 6.
