After a successful silver screen debut opposite Emraan Hashmi with The Train and appearing in movies like Paying Guests, Halla Bol, Jail and Naughty @ 40, former beauty queen turned actor Sayali Bhagat has been missing from the silver screen for a while now.

Few are aware that Sayali had shifted her base to Milan (often referred to as the fashion capital of the world) and is the only Indian supermodel to have walked the runway for all top international designers such as Valentino, Gucci, Prada, YSL, Salvatore Ferragamo, Chanel, Dior, Fendi, Narciso Rodriguez etc.

"Yes, I was in Milan for over eight months and there isn't any top designer in the world that I haven't walked for. But now I am back in Mumbai for good and I am concentrating on my acting career.

I have two films up for release and I have just signed one big banner film that I am not allowed to talk about" reveals Sayali.

Sayali's next release is Puja Jatindar Bedi's Ghost starring her and actor Shiney Ahuja in the lead. Sayali is also essaying the female lead in Tinu Verma's This Weekend opposite model turned actor Rajneesh Duggal, that has already released in Telugu (Antham), and releases in Hindi later this year.

Mourns mentor Jagmohan Mundra's demise

"I am shocked to hear the sudden demise of Jagmohan Mundra. I worked with him in my film Naughty @ 40 and he was planning another movie, an emotional thriller, with me in the lead. I am deeply saddened by this news.

I fondly remember Jags as a cheerful man, a filmmaker par excellence, an intellectual and a die hard foodie. I last met him at a wedding and we both binged on the awesome food there. The industry has lost an intelligent filmmaker"
