Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has lent his support to the Indian cricket team, who lost to England last night.

"Okay so we lost the match last night with England and come back with no victory at all.. BUT..!! Still proud of our team.. GO INDIA, " tweeted Bachchan.

England beat India by six wickets (the Duckworth–Lewis method) to win the fifth ODI at Sophia Gardens at Cardiff on Friday and clinch the series 3-0.

India thus failed to win a single match in the England tour.

England were 241 for four in 32.2 overs chasing a revised target owing to rain though India had posted a challenging 304 for six in 50 overs, their highest ever in the series against England.

Rahul Dravid, for whom the match was the last ODI of his career, scored 69 runs while Virat Kohli top scored with 107.
