Among many people who went to wish Amitabh Bachchan a 'Happy Birthday', yesterday, only a select few were allowed inside.
And among those who were invited by the actor himself, only two fans were Mumbai-based.
Intere-stingly, one of them, a 33-year-old architect and interior designer, Divya Solgama knew some interesting trivia that the legend himself seemed oblivious of.
Divya caught his idol's eye when he consistently made it to being one of the first five-ten fans to post on his blog.
Soon, he started a 'maha yagya' for his idol, watching his films and posting his notes on it, to Bachchan himself.
"At the end of the film, I'd begin by writing my first memory of the movie, followed by an analysis as per current times.
Then, I'd list the little known trivia about the film and appropriate pictures from it, " he sums up his process, adding that he had hoped to complete writing about Big B's movies by the star's birthday, but is now optimistic about finishing them by his own birthday, on December 13.
Divya gifted Big B a small idol of Lord Ganesh in a coconut shell, that his mother made, and a five feet card. Divya recalls being invited by Bachchan to his home on his birthday last December.
"But Amitji had to travel for the Save The Tiger campaign and met me at a later date.
On his last birthday, I was travelling for work; this time, he remembered to invite me home, " says the Big B fan who's a self- confessed movie buff and a proud owner of almost 5000 video cassettes and CDs of Hindi film titles that have released since the 1920s.
