"The song has been the biggest boost not only for my career but also for the industry. It has opened new avenues - specifically it has opened doors for international tie-ups, " Khushi Soni, popular by the name DJ Khushi told.
"The tie-up will open market for desi remixes in both the industries, " he added.
The song that has been sung by American R&B singer Akon is composed by duo Vishal-Shekhar. It features Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor.
The 26-year-old DJ, who has been in the industry for nine years, feels music has had different phases over the years but now is the time when DJ remixes are ought to grow in Bollywood.
"Like any other industry, the music industry has also gone through many different phases. There was a time when Indi-pop culture was a hit but then it faded, then Bollywood music and item songs became a rage. But now, DJ remixes are the next jump for Bollywood."
When asked if Shah Rukh gave any inputs for the remix version, Khushi said: "No no, Shah Rukh didn't give any inputs. He doesn't interfere in anybody's work and gave me full creative freedom to experiment."
"RA.One" is slated for a Diwali release.
