They are two of the funniest actors in Bollywood and naturally it is difficult to fathom why Govinda and Javed Jaffery found it so difficult to see the funny side of a particular situation during the shoot of Loot.
Apparently, the actors hardly got along with each other on the sets because they had a huge problem with the dialogues.
Says a source, "Since it's a comedy flick, both of them insisted on the best punch-lines. They even stalled shooting in the process."
This amateur behaviour proved to be fodder for gossip for the crew. Adds the source, "There were times when both of them would do their own improvisations to outsmart each other.
Of course, it created major confusion for director Rajneesh Thakur and the scene would go on for much longer than expected."
Since both Chichi and Javed consider comedy as their forte, there was a lot of insecurity among the two.
In fact, individually they both got along well with the cast members including Suniel Shetty and Mahakshay Chakravarthy, but couldn't see eye to eye with each other.
