Actress Priyanka Chopra is busy working on her music album in Los Angeles and says she is missing the Diwali festivities with her family back home.

"Wanna wish everyone celebrating Diwali anywhere in the world lots of love and togetherness. I miss my family today..thank god I have u guys, " Priyanka posted on her Twitter page.

The 29-year-old trained western music singer has signed a worldwide recording agreement with Universal Music and Desi Hits to record and release her first international music album in North America.

The album, to be released in 2012, will be in English, and Priyanka will not just sing, but write the songs herself as well.
