The weekend saw another fashion week to the long list of those existing in the country already. However, India Resort Fashion Week, which was held in Goa, is primarily about resort wear.

Designers Narendra Kumar, Babita Malkani, Shivan-Narresh and James Ferreira showcased their collections. B-Town was represented by Sushmita Sen who walked the ramp for Shantanu-Nikhil, while Neha Dhupia and Sonal Chauhan ensured their front-row presence for Shivan-Narresh.

The finale was a collection by Manish Malhotra. Sush's good friend. Imtiaz Khatri, who's backing the IRFW through his company, said, "There's not enough focus on resort wear, so we decided to build this idea into a brand.

We're expanding this to other places too and our next stop is Dubai. We're also planning something for Mumbai and other Indian metros."

Interestingly, there is a lot of hushed whispers about Sush's jigri dosti with Imtiaz. Hmmm...
