Everyone on the sets is humming the ultra-catchy number.
"Believe it or not, that's Gulzar saab at his funniest, wittiest and most fun-loving," smiles director Shaad Ali as he shoots the dance scene.
"With this song, we've wrapped up nearly the entire shooting... Just one more song to be shot in Ladakh and that's it... And what a song this is. Shankar-Ehsan-Loy have out-composed themselves."
Aishwarya Rai is clearly the queen bee on the floor, instructed by choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant.
The set resembles an extra-large sundae oozing psychedelic colours. "This number is purely for the masses," Shaad whispers, as Abhishek joins Ash on the floor. The senior Bachchan has just arrived.
Once the awesome threesome are on the dance floor it's party time! They move and sway to the sensuous cadences as the choreographer pilots the starry line-up.
Lest Rani feel left out, she too makes a brief appearance in the course of the song.
"First Bachchan saab and Abhishek are at the bar, then they move to the dance floor to join Aishwarya Rai who plays a professional entertainer. This song is my tribute to the cinema of Prakash Mehra," says Shaad.
"You know songs like Bachchan saab's 'Apni to aisi-taisi' ('Lawaaris') and 'Salaam-e-ishq' ('Muqaddar Ka Sikandar')? Well, this is my tribute to those massy songs from the 1980s," explains Shaad.
